Time Out says

Located in Shibuya's super cool Miyashita Park complex on the top floor of the Sequence hotel, Soak is an unlikely combination of a restaurant and lounge pool, with the addition of a stylish cocktail bar.

If you're eating at the restaurant, you'll be in good hands, as the innovative Japanese cuisine at Soak is supervised by chef Takeshi Nagashima of 81 in Nishi-Azabu and chef Hideaki Nagaya from the three-Michelin-starred L'Effervescence. At the bar, drinks are designed by Takashi Goto, who runs Tokyo's Bar Shampoo on Golden Gai as well as Sake Bar Decibel in New York City. For Soak, Goto has created a line of original sake-based cocktails.

The highlight of Soak has to be the outdoor terrace featuring a spacious lounge pool known as the Oyu with a panoramic view over the city. You can take a dip with a drink in hand and the water is even heated during the colder months. Entry costs ¥1,500 which includes a towel rental. No reservations are needed, but a minimum of one drink (¥700-¥1,000) is required per person.

Soak even has a spacious area for events and parties, which can accommodate up to 100 people.
