Time Out says

If you enjoy the thrill of thrifting for vintage and second-hand clothes in Tokyo, you’ve got to check out this one-day shopping extravaganza. Furugi Festival has partnered with vintage fashion shopping app Vintage.City to host Japan's largest vintage clothing festival at Tokyo Big Sight.

More than 250 vintage stores from all over Japan will set up shop at the festival, including popular stores like Jam, Berberjin, WeGo, Florida and 3Peace. There'll be plenty of shops to browse such as an unmanned second-hand clothing store, as well as a shop where you can purchase items for just ¥100.

To find out which stores are participating, you can check the website. It’s worth getting to the festival early because the first 2,000 visitors will receive a special Vintage.City tote bag and sticker.
