Tokyo kaiseki restaurant Ise Sueyoshi is bringing a bit of culinary class into the kitchens of people around the world. Due to the current Covid-19 coronavirus outbreak, Ise Sueyoshi has closed its restaurant temporarily, but chef Yuki Tanaka is taking his skills to Instagram where he'll be hosting a live cooking class in English on Thursday April 9 at 11.30pm JST.
This time, Tanaka will be sharing his recipe for snapper sushi balls which followers can easily re-create at home. It's a great chance for foodies to get a taste of Ise Sueyoshi from the comfort of their own kitchen – no reservation necessary.
