Coffee and rice are cross-pollinating at this pop-up event, with both gohan purveyor Akomeya Tokyo and bean roasters Paddlers Coffee hosting workshops spread across two weekends. The first weekend (April 1 & 2) will see Akomeya bringing 30 onigiri tasting sets (all with different types of rice) per day to Paddlers, while the second weekend (April 8 & 9) sees the circus pack up and move over to Akomeya's Ginza headquarters, where Paddlers baristas will be holding coffee workshops and selling brews amongst all the rice.
