Doors @ 7
Show @ 8
Cost: 5 bucks

Monday is a holiday, so don't worry about staying out late and all that.

This is the second show I've put together since moving to Toronto (planned on doing it sooner but, you know, life gets in the way). As with the first show, I've tried to assemble a slate of some altogether diverse and awesome acts. I'm pretty excited about this and hope to see you all there.

These set times are subject to change, but it should look something like this.

The York Scream - 8:00-8:25

My dude Phil Maye has been working hard at developing his sound for this new project. It's coming along swimmingly. Check out the first single, I can't help it, over on soundcloud: https://www.soundcloud.com/theyorkscream/i-cant-help-it

Lara Buckley - 8:30 - 9:00

Lara Buckley posted her stuff on an experimental group I sometimes frequent. It's really awesome and she will be coming all the way from Buffalo to perform. Check out her stuff on bandcamp: https://larabuckley.bandcamp.com/album/disturbed-ground-and-waste-places

Itchy and the Infectious - 9:10 - 9:40

I&I, those responsible for all those awesome Nuts and Volts events, are going to come out and rip a set. If you've seen them before, you know what you're in for... if you haven't, check them out at: https://soundcloud.com/itchy-and-the-infectious

Goth Girl + WitchHunt - 9:55 - 10:25

I had the distinct pleasure of watching these guys perform at a gig Shane Burrows threw at the Smiling Buddah a few weeks ago. Completely blown away. Technically they are two different bands coming together to create some serious noise. Check them out at: https://gothgirl.bandcamp.com/album/goth-girl-x-witchhunt-death-frequency

Ero Guro 10:30 - 11:10

If you've seen me before, you know the drill. Forty minutes of intense social anxiety and fear distillined into something like music that slowly devolves into a masturbatory celebration of my everyday discomfort. I'll be playing mostly new stuff from my upcoming album Gazzatum.

The First Seed 11:10-11:40

The First Seed is glitch genius shit. If for some reason you haven't already heard/seen him, check his stuff out here: https://thefirstseed.bandcamp.com/

Luge 11:50 - 12:20

Luge is a very good band. I saw them because Chris Harry told me they were good. Chris Harry has good taste in music. They sound like this: https://hugeluge.bandcamp.com/

STRESSER 12:30 - 1:10

Chris Harry also put me on Stresser (dude is helpful). I haven't seen them live yet, but I really enjoy the songs they have on the internet. Pretty excited to have them on the bill. They sound like this: https://soundcloud.com/stresserstresser/stresser

Kansas Flash Dance - Whenever - close

Brent Peers is the man. He is going to do stuff. I'm sure it will be dope.

Cheers,
Matt
