This is what Mo has to say about a Flow Arts Jam:

"This flow jam is open to anyone interested in deepening their practice in the company of others. We'll have bumping beats covering a variety of genres but the space is CHATTER FREE. Removing talking from the equation allows us to listen to our bodies deeply and also encourages us to find new ways of communicating with those around us. Playful mime games and giggles are very much welcome!"

The purpose of this Jam is to bring our community together, to learn and deepen our love of movement by learning from each other.

Silent Jam Testimonials:

"Silent jam is a blessing in my life and for the community. It's an opportunity to deepen your practice amongst friends while finding different ways to communicate. It feels like church ~ a funky cool loved-up church." ~ Elana

"Silence connects you to your practice quickly and deeply.
Silence allows for playful learning through observation.
Silence is grounding." ~ Tomoko

"Silent jam allows my hoop practice to become a means for meditation and mindfulness practice. No words means less thinking, more feeling, more in my body, and more flow. We get to hoop, play, and be silent together. In a loud and busy world, these are treasured moments!" ~ Ciara mistakes....No Mo Snakes!!
