Here's the latest in themed beer news: following last week's launch of a Hamilton-inspired sud in New York City, the Virginia-based Star Hill Brewery has unveiled a limited-time commemorative brew that nods to none other than '90s bro standby Dave Matthews Band. Men's Journal reports that the brewery, which is the oldest in the band's own hometown of Charlottesville, has timed the release of their new Warehouse Pils to align with the sold-out 25th anniversary concert taking place there tomorrow night.

Although we've given hardcore DMB devotees a tough time in the past, we certainly respect a quarter century of success in showbiz, and can always get behind hometown pride (and a good beer). Charlottesville as a whole has pulled out all the stops for the event, hosting a 25-year retrospective photo pop-up, which previews the official photography exhibit that will be shown at New York's Morrison Hotel Gallery in June.

As for the the beer, it's a dry-hopped German pilsner named after the band's official fan club, Warehouse. According to the brewery's site, all net proceeds from the brew will go towards Matthews' local nonprofit-benefitting Bama Works Fund. Sadly, Warehouse Pils is only available in Virginia—at all DMB concerts in the state, Miller's (the bar where Matthews once worked) and Starr Hill's tasting-room outpost in Crozet, VA—, but if you're a real diehard, won't you be in town for the show anyways?
