Harry Potter fans are requested to don their top Yule Ball-inspired outfits at Barnes and Noble stores across the nation on December 9 in celebration of the first ever Harry Potter Magical Holiday Ball.
Expect dancing, music, "magical" arts and crafts, face painting, fortune telling, strolling carolers and giveaways inspired by the world-renowned franchise beginning at 7pm at each store. You'll even be able to create your own ornaments and owl fans!
Select stores will offer treats as well, including free samples of festive sugar cookies and a very special caramel apple spice drink (while supplies last). One-hundred lucky attendees will also earn a free Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets: The Illustrated Edition poster.
Most importantly, you'll get to cross off some of your holiday to-do list items as books and Harry Potter memorabilia always make for great gifts.
