Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life isn't the only Netflix show that scored a fall premiere date yesterday.

The dominating streaming service just announced a slew of premiere dates for both new and returning shows. Here's what you should expect from Netflix in the months to come:

Chef's Table: France
Premiere date: September 2, 2016

The third installment of the Chef's Table series takes viewers inside the kitchens of some of the most respected and celebrated chefs in France (Alain Passard of L'Arpege, Michel Troigros of Maison Troisgros, Adeline Grattard of Yam'Tcha and Alexandre Couillon of La Marine). Learn everything about the chefs' start, their respective journeys and what really fuels their passion for food. Feel free to stream the show's first two seasons on Netflix and add Jiro Dreams of Sushi, also by creator David Gelb, to your queue as well.

Easy
Premiere date: September 22, 2016

Featuring a slew of well-known celebrities (think Orlando Bloom, Malin Akerman, Dave Franco and Emily Ratajkowki—to name just a few), this comedy-drama anthology series seeks to showcase the diversity of Chicago by spotlighting different characters and exploring the topics of sex, love and technology throughout eight episodes.

The Ranch (part 2 of season 1)
Premiere date: October 7, 2016

Ashton Kutcher, Sam Elliott, Danny Masterson and Debra Winger return for part two of the first season of The Ranch, a half-hour multi-camera comedy series set in present-day Colorado. Will Colt fall for his high school sweetheart again? Is Maggie considering leaving her husband? We'll have to wait for October to find out.

Black Mirror
Premier date: October 21, 2016

We've all been affected by technology and this anthology series, featuring six standalone episodes, returns for a third season to explore those effects on humanity. With Bryce Dallas Howard, Michael Kelly and others starring in a variety of episodes, the show truly functions as a mirror to current day society.

Lovesick
Premiere date: November 17, 2016

Formerly known as Scrotal RecallLovesick returns for a second season. Starring Johnny Flynn as man whose chlamydia diagnosis forces him to revisit past relationships, the British rom-com debuted to much fanfare (mostly because of its former name) and is sure to tickle ribs in season two.

Beat Bugs
Premiere date: November 18, 2016

You've never heard The Beatles' music quite like this. Following five best friends as they walk through life to the tunes of history's greatest band, this animated show returns for a second season and features covers by today's most renowned artists, including P!nk, Regina Spektor, Sia and Of Monsters and Men.

Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life
Premiere date: November 25, 2016

One of the most anticipated premieres of the fall season, Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life will bring Lorelai and Rory Gilmore back to our screens in four 90-minute episodes that are each named after the seasons.

Captive
Premiere date: December 9, 2016

Following the massive success of Making a Murderer and The Night Of, this new docu-series capitalizes on the public's thirst for thriller-like documentaries focusing on the country's legal system. Taking viewers behind the scenes to reveal how hostage-taking situations are dealt with, the show explores all viewpoints, from the victims to the kidnappers and the negotiators.

One Day at a Time
Premiere date: January 6, 2017

Justina Machado and Rita Moreno star in this 13-episode re-imagining of the Normal Lear classic, which focuses on a Cuban-American family.

But there's more to expect in 2017:

Chelsea, Chelsea Handler's show exploring cultures and themes around the world in a new sort of "late night" format, returns for a 90-episode second run.

Lady Dynamite, the single-camera comedy based on actor/comedian Maria Bamford's life, was also renewed for a second season.

Rob Schneider's comedy series, Real Rob, which is marketed as "an exaggerated yet brutally honest depiction of the comedian's real life," returns for an eight-episode second season, with cameos from Patricia Schneider and Jamie Lissow, among others.

An all new musical-themed original animated series for children and families, Untitled Motown Project, focuses on a funny and timid eight-year-old boy who "discovers he has the extraordinary ability to bring street-art to life." Inspired by the much celebrated Motown music, the show will be executive music produced by the great Smokey Robinson and will feature a variety of artists performing different hit songs.
