Real estate site Point2Homes just released a list of the 10 most expensive homes on the country's real estate market and we've officially reassessed the meaning of expensive.

Topping the ranking is a $195,000,000 estate on Barrier Island, South of Palm Beach, that boasts 33 bedrooms and 47 bathrooms on over 15 acres of land. Also on the property: a tennis court, a swimming pool and a PGA-standard golf practice area. And yes, that is $195 million freaking dollars.

With five homes on the list, California offers the greatest amount of top-dollar listings currently on the market. There's the Holmby Hills estate ($150,000,000) that was once home to Barbra Streisand, and the Palazzo di Amore Lania Lane ($149,000,000) in Beverly Hills (state-of-the-art theatre, a wine producing vineyard, a discoteque and a formal garden—plus more), and the Rancho San Carlos property ($125,000,000), which covers over 250 acres in Santa Barbara. California clearly knows a thing or two about luxurious living.

On the other side of the country, East Hampton takes the fourth spot on the list with an 11-acre estate ($140,000,000) overlooking Georgica Pond that boasts two residences designed by famed architect Peter Marino. The largest original apartment on New York City's Fifth Avenue takes the seventh spot ($120,000,000). The front corner duplex overlooks Central Park and is part of a cooperative offering residents a high level of service.

Also in New York is the Great Neck estate ($100,000,000) that comes in at number nine. Offering views of both Manhattan's skyline and the Long Island Sound, the grounds include fountains, a private yacht pier, outdoor and indoor pools, health complexes, game rooms, a bowling alley and even a casino.

The last property on the list? A $95,000,000 island in Card Bay Sound in the Florida Keys. We'll settle for that one.
