After applying for a trademark for the name "Better Burger" back in March, Chipotle Mexican Grill has finally announced that their new burger-focused restaurant will open in Lancaster, Ohio in the fall.

Switching gears from their previous plans and opting for the name "Tasty Made" instead, the Denver-based company's latest endeavor is a concerted effort to cater to customers lost following a series of food scares and scandals (and plummeting stocks).

The restaurant will offer a limited menu (only hamburgers, French fries and milkshakes will be served), and the beef will come from cows raised without antibiotics or added hormones. Also expect buns made without preservatives, dough conditioners or other artificial ingredients.

Will a health-focused menu help revive the famous chain following this year's much-chronicled food mishaps? Ohioans will be the first to know.
