While still trying to deal with his imminent vacating of the White House, get ready to enjoy an extra dose of all things President Barack Obama courtesy of Netflix. The network will, in fact, release its original film Barry, focusing on the current President's formative years in New York as a Columbia University student, on December 16.

Australian actor Devon Terrell stars as a 20-year-old Barack, who went by "Barry" back in 1981, and Vikram Gandhi directs the film, which expectedly deals with issues of race and identity.

Debuting to much critical acclaim at the Toronto International Film Festival, the biopic is the second one this year about the outgoing President. This past summer, Southside With You fictionally chronicled the first date between Obama and his future wife, and First Lady, Michelle Robinson.

It seems like we'll be getting some extra time with Barack Obama, after all.
