The first week of the 2018 Winter Olympics wraps up today and we've already been treated to a pretty steady dose of excitement. 

From super-cool snowboard runs (Hi, Chloe Kim!) to scary injuries and a total of eight medals for Team USA, the Olympic games have been thoroughly entertaining us through days and nights.

Below, we highlight some of the most memorable PyeongChang moments from the past week: 

Team USA's 17-year-old Red Gerard wins a gold medal in slope-style snowboarding... and curses on national television

USA's Chloe Kim, 17, becomes the youngest woman to win a gold medal in snowboarding

Snowboarder Markus Schairer (Team Austria) breaks his neck during the quarterfinals but is able to cross the finish line

USA's Shaun White's awesome final run wins him the halfpipe gold

Germany's Aliona Sevchenko and Bruno Massot earn highest score ever in pairs free skate... and then collapse to the ground

Mirai Nagasu is the first American woman to land a triple axel at the Olympics
