Dolly Parton and the glory of her glitter will never fade away, and a new destination hotel and museum ensures the singer's legacy is celebrated in full color. Dolly Parton’s SongTeller Hotel and Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum will open in tandem on Tuesday, September 29; situated at 126 3rd Avenue North in Nashville, Tennessee, the property will stand as a permanent tribute to the music, style and spirit of the global icon. (Parton died in Nashville on Tuesday, August 25, at the age of 80.)

Built in partnership with Herschend—Dolly’s longtime collaborator behind Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort—the SongTeller Hotel is Dolly's love letter to Nashville, with 245 unique rooms in the heart of the city. The property also doubles as a live music destination with two dedicated venues: Jolene’s, on the top floor, is a lively lounge with craft cocktails and elevated small plates plus nightly performances from Music City’s newest songwriting talent, while the intimate Parton’s Live on the second floor will host classic writers’ rounds and showcase events.
Starting mid-September, the stage will feature members of Dolly’s musically gifted family, including her cousin Richie Owens and niece Jada Star, along with monthly FEMcountry showcases supporting female artists.
Occupying the entire third floor of the hotel and clocking in at more than 20,000 square feet, Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum chronicles her journey from a humble Smoky Mountain cabin to global music stardom. Curated by Dolly’s sister Rachel Parton George and niece Rebecca Seaver, the venue pairs rare personal artifacts with interactive video displays. The displays, recorded by Dolly herself, guide visitors through key moments of her life and career.
The experience finishes with two expansive retail shops filled with exclusive merchandise; the museum space is also available for private events and receptions.
Guest room reservations and show tickets go live on Monday, September 14 on the hotel website, followed by museum ticket sales on September 29. For any Dolly fans heading to Nashville, this new spot is sure to be a can't-miss experience.
