Summer travel is back, and this season is expected to be a busy one. With prices for both flights and hotels going up, you’ll want to be choosy about where you go and where you stay. Airbnbs are a top choice for lodging, given the number of unique options, from a cave house in Santorini to a chalet in Quebec to a cozy underground home in Washington State.

If you’re living in or heading to Atlanta, you’re in luck—one of Airbnb’s most wish-listed listings of all time has some availability in June.

This three-room treehouse offers both Southern nature and Southern charm. It’s a calm, comfortable respite from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta, and as it’s located within the city limits it’s an easy escape for locals or a unique spot for visitors.

Three separate areas—Mind, Body and Spirit—are connected by rope bridges. Retire to Mind, the sitting room, to read, relax or enjoy the balcony overlooking an acre of woods. The room is dotted with antiques, from 80-year-old windows of pressed butterfly wings, a plaster cast of a Siberian Tiger paw and fossils. Body, the bedroom, sleeps two. The bed features luxurious linens and is equipped with wheels so you can sleep inside or out on a platform overlooking a stream. And finally, Spirit, the hammock deck, offers a respite among the trees as it wraps around a 165-year-old Southern Short-Leaf Pine tree, the largest of the seven trees that support the treehouse suite.

Atlanta is a top destination for travel, so if you’re heading that way you have the chance to snag this quiet retreat to balance out the excitement of your daily adventures.
