We’ll move the clocks ahead one hour this weekend as we spring forward into daylight saving time. This means more daylight in the evenings, but it also means one less hour of sleep on Sunday. This time change can really do a number on your morning routine, but Burger King has the solution to get you out of bed: free breakfast. That’s right, to help you adjust, BK is giving away free breakfast all week long.

Here’s how to get free breakfast all week

BK Rewards members can snag a different breakfast item for free every day of the week following the time switch. The full week of freebies begins on Sunday, March 10—the first day of daylight saving time—with a free croissan’wich. Just make a purchase of $1 and you’ll start your day with a meaty, cheesy, eggy sandwich for free. If that doesn’t get you out of bed, what will?

What's on the free breakfast menu?

Your breakfast menu is set for the rest of the week with five free French toast sticks on Monday, a free bottle of Simply orange juice on Tuesday, a free large order of hash browns on Wednesday, a free large vanilla iced coffee on Friday and a free sausage biscuit on Saturday—all with a single $1 purchase. No, we didn’t forget Thursday: it’s Pi Day (3/14), so to celebrate, you can get a free Hershey’s sundae pie with a purchase of at least $3.14.

By the end of this week of free breakfasts, you’ll be back on track and fully adjusted to daylight saving, thanks to Burger King.
