If visiting Universal Orlando Resort is on your radar a few years out, you’ll have two new affordable hotels to pick from, as reported by The Points Guy. Those hotels will serve the brand’s fourth theme park, Epic Universe, which will double the resort’s size. It’ll be a few miles from the existing parks and hotels on a 750-acre site. It’s poised to open in 2025 with four themed lands, including the Super Nintendo World and other attractions based on different pop culture franchises, as well as the expected shops and restaurants.

The hotels are the Universal Stella Nova Resort and the Universal Terra Luna Resort. The best part is, for those who are keeping within a budget, they both fall under the category of “prime value,” meaning they will be available for less than $200 a night. Each hotel will have 750 guestrooms.

The Stella Nova hotel will be decorated according to its “new star” name, with an outer space theme, including blue and white chilly interstellar colors and a mural above the bed that shows a star-clustered galaxy. Modular furnishings will look like you’re cruising through space, with the window shaped like a porthole. Guestrooms will sleep up to four people. Public spaces will have a similar spaceship vibe. The Terra Luna’s design doesn’t seem to be as clear-cut. It will be similar in size, layout and amenities, but its theme will be “Inspired by the thrill of exploring the unknown, pushing the limits of discovery, and stepping into new landscapes,” according to the hotel website. Learn more here.

Guests at these two hotels will get the same theme park benefits currently offered at the other Universal prime value hotels, including early park admission, free transportation and resort-wide charging privileges.

Ready to book? Universal’s not quite there yet. The Stella Nova opens on January 21, 2025 and the Terra Luna opens on February 25, according to their respective websites. Stay tuned.
