Flight prices go up and down all the time, so it’s no wonder many people get anxious buying a flight for fear the price will drop just a day or two after purchase. Well, worry no more: Google Flights is here with a new tool that guarantees you’ll get the best price for your upcoming travel.

Google Flights currently lets you see if the price of the flight you’re about to purchase is high, low or average for your trip. You can browse flights to find the cheapest time to book. The tool’s latest feature, however, could be a game-changer. Eligible flights will sport a "Price Guaranteebadge. This badge means that Google is pretty sure the price will not get any lower, but if it does drop between the time you book and takeoff, Google will reimburse you the difference through Google Pay.

This new feature is just in the testing phase, so Google will only offer the guarantee on flights that are available to be booked with the "Book on Google" itineraries that are departing from the U.S. You’ll need to book directly through Google, not the airline.

Google Flights’ cheap flight guarantee should cut down on a lot of buyer’s remorse. In addition to this guarantee and the insights tool that shows you when flights are the lowest, Google Flights has a tracking tool to keep an eye on flights you’re considering purchasing.
