Pumpkin spice isn't the only fall flavor making an appearance on menus as autumn rolls around. It's the season of fried dough at the fairgrounds, and Krispy Kreme is bottling up all that state fair magic into its latest flavor release.
On September 15, the chain rolled out its brand-new Fall Fair Doughnut Collection, a lineup of four limited-time creations inspired by carnival classics. That means cotton candy, churros, cream puffs and apple pie—all reimagined in delicious doughnut form.

Here’s what’s on the menu:
- The Cotton Candy Doughnut is a Krispy Kreme Original Glazed dipped in electric-blue icing, showered with cotton candy–flavored sugar, topped with a strawberry icing swirl and finished with a dollop of cotton candy buttercream.
- The Kreme Puff Doughnut is filled with rich cream, dusted in powdered sugar and topped with a mini Doughnut Dot for good measure.
- The Blue Ribbon Apple Pie Doughnut is packed with warm apple-cinnamon filling, dipped in caramel icing, rolled in cinnamon cookie crumbs and finished with a white icing drizzle.
- And last but certainly not least, the Caramel Churro Doughnut is dusted with cinnamon sugar and drizzled in caramel icing.
Whether you grab a box for the office or treat yourself to one on the go, the Fall Fair Collection doughnuts are available individually or sold by the dozen at participating Krispy Kreme locations nationwide. You can find them in-store or, if you're sweet tooth is particularly strong that day, you can skip the line by ordering through the Krispy Kreme app or website for pickup or delivery.
