If you weren't one of the hundreds of Beautiful Unwell who got to see Sam Reid perform as the Vampire Lestat at New York City’s Beacon Theatre last month, your turn to witness the performance is finally coming.

The Vampire Lestat: One Night Only LIVE, which celebrated AMC’s premiere of The Vampire Lestat, featured Reid as Lestat, performing original songs from series composer Daniel Hart. It will finally debut on AMC+ on Sunday, August 23.

The June 2 event, which featured songs like “Your Biggest Fan,” “Stained Glass Eyes,” and “The Loneliness,” was recorded for television, so AMC used 1iota to “cast” or select the lucky concertgoers. You had to apply on the site to get a free ticket. The silver lining of missing out on the concert is that you now have context for all the songs Reid performed during the show, making your watch more emotionally charged than maybe it would’ve been in person.

AMC has already posted the performance of “Longface” on YouTube, which you can watch below.

Some attendees have posted their fan videos of the entire concert, but the AMC+ special will be high-quality like the clip above.

If you’re going to San Diego Comic-Con, you’ll want to make a beeline for Hall H on Friday, July 24, because you’ll get to watch highlights from the concert before hearing from the cast and executive producers to reflect on the series’ season finale, premiering Sunday, July 19 on AMC and AMC+.

If you haven’t caught up yet, the show is based on Anne Rice’s second novel in her “Vampire Chronicles,” in which Lestat recounts his life from the 18th century as a French aristocrat to the 1980s. He’s resentful of how Louis portrayed him (during seasons 1 and 2) in Molloy’s bestselling book, Interview with the Vampire, so he wants to set the record straight, of course, in the most Lestat way—by becoming a rock star. While on his multicity tour, Lestat is haunted by “muses” from his past. As his band’s popularity and star power rise, his influence over vampires and humans grows, too, leaving others to contend with his wake amid the “Great Conversion,” an unnatural surge in the vampire population.
