If working from home has got you itching to finally buy yourself a new laptop, you're in luck: you might actually be able to head to an Apple store near you to purchase one.

Although the company shut down all of its locations back in March, Deridre O'Brien, Apple's senior vice president for retail and people, announced in an open letter earlier this week that 100 shops around the world are now open again, including 25 in the United States alone.

"Our commitment is to only move forward with a reopening once we’re confident we can safely return to serving customers from our stores," reads the letter. "We look at every available piece of data—including local cases, near and long‑term trends, and guidance from national and local health officials. These are not decisions we rush into—and a store opening in no way means that we won't take the preventative step of closing it again should local conditions warrant."

O'Brien explains that at each open location, customers can expect enforced limited occupancy measures, face covering requirements for both patrons and staff (folks who head to the stores without a mask will be provided with one upon entry) and temperature checks at the door.

The company also commits to "enhanced deep cleanings that place special emphasis on all surfaces, display products and highly trafficked areas."

Online orders will still be processed and customers will actually be able to get their hands on a product via curbside pick-up as well.

To figure out which shop is open, just use this handy tool right here. A word to the wise: expect long lines during pretty much all hours of the day.

Although popular destinations the likes of fast food restaurants and national parks have announced their reopening schedules, Apple stores are some of the first retail destinations to welcome bak customers after shuttering for two months. Here's to hoping all goes smoothly on our quest back to semi-normalcy.
