Drink your childhood memories with a cold foam topper

The dog days of summer have an almost Pavlovian effect on many of us, who yearn for the simple joys of youthful hot weather when we didn't pay the AC bill and were content to just lie on the carpet, reading R.L. Stine and nursing a creamsicle.
Nobody has carpet anymore, but Starbucks gets the creamsicle nostalgia. Starting this week, the company is rolling out a new lineup of Orange Cream beverages alongside limited-edition merch from Dandy Worldwide at participating U.S. Starbucks locations, while supplies last.

The new bevs lean into our collective summer memories of freezer pops, peeling oranges and spending an unreasonable amount of time outdoors. The beverage lineup combines tangerine and mandarin flavors with sweet vanilla notes across four different drinks.
The Orange Cream Cold Brew pairs Starbucks cold brew with orange cream cold foam; the Iced Orange Cream Matcha combines matcha, milk, and ice with orange cream cold foam; and the Iced Orange Cream Chai takes the same citrusy topping in a spiced-chai direction. There's also the Orange Cream Frappuccino blended beverage, which combines orange-vanilla flavors with milk and ice, topped with whipped cream.
The collection is part of Starbucks' larger summer road trip-themed collaboration with Dandy Worldwide, the fashion brand from siblings Mia and Kian Schank. The partnership sends the brands on a fictional road trip from Dandy's Los Angeles headquarters to Starbucks' hometown of Seattle, with the resulting merchandise inspired by classic summer travel.
The limited-edition collection includes a Road Trip cold cup decorated with sticker-inspired graphics and collectible mini charms, a stainless-steel water bottle (plus one with a woven handle), a stainless-steel lidded cup and a hat. The merchandise features retro pinks, oranges and greens, with prices ranging from $29.95 for the cold cup and hat to $32.95 for the stainless-steel drinkware. A matching embroidered Road Trip Signature Sweatshirt is also available through Dandy's website.
The Starbucks x Dandy collection is available at select Starbucks locations in the U.S. and Canada, while supplies last. The Orange Cream drinks are also available at participating U.S. Starbucks locations for a limited time.
So whether your idea of indulging in summer nostalgia is driving cross-country or just taking the scenic route to your neighborhood Starbucks, the new collection offers a chance to pretend you're somewhere else for the price of a cold drink.
