The most wonderful time of year is here, and cities and towns across America are decked out with dazzling light displays, hosting holiday traditions and bringing seasonal cheer to all. RV Trader has identified five festive streets that take the holidays to a whole new level with celebrations that stretch for blocks. From Maryland all the way to Alaska, here are the most festive roads to add to your holiday travel bucket list.

Miracle on 34th Street in the Hampden neighborhood of Baltimore, Maryland, is an annual tradition that’s been going on for 74 years. Neighbors along the street go all out with decorations—from a hubcap Christmas Tree to a Hanukkah House—and keep the block party going from the initial lighting ceremony through January 1 with a parade, performers and vendors.

Candy Cane Lane has illuminated the Woodland Hills subdivision of Los Angeles every year since 1952. Eight blocks centered around Lubao Avenue and Oxnard Street are decked with magical displays. The area hosts holiday events, including an appearance by Santa and carolers.

The town of Santa Claus in Georgia is a destination for Christmas fanatics. Stroll December Drive, Candy Cane Street, Noel Street, Reindeer Street and Rudolph Way, then send a postcard from Santa Claus City Hall, and take in all the festive decorations along the way.

Santa Claus Lane in North Pole, Alaska is a trek, but you’ll feel like you’re actually in the North Pole. The street is decked out in seasonal decor, a Winter Festival brings the holiday fun, and Santa’s house is open for a visit.

Christmas Valley, Oregon offers a wealth of outdoor activities for staying active during the holidays. When you’re done hiking through the Valley’s forests, explore the town’s Snowman Road. The town hosts a holiday light parade, caroling and more festive activities.

If you’re hitting the road this holiday season, put these festive streets on your itinerary.
