Summer is drawing to a close and back-to-school is on the horizon, but there’s no time like the present to look ahead past winter and start planning for spring break. Southwest Airlines has recently extended its flight schedule through April 8, 2024 and is encouraging customers to book now for that beach escape you’ll surely need by March or April.

In addition to opening up the schedule for flights into April, Southwest announced that it’s adding more popular spring break destinations to its roster of beach-centric routes. Even better, many of these routes are nonstop, meaning you can get where you’re going—a fun-filled vacation packed with sun, sand and relaxation—faster.

New international nonstop spring break routes starting up on March 9, 2024 include Baltimore to Belize, St. Louis to Los Cabos and Austin to San Juan. Seasonal international routes returning to the schedule include Baltimore to Grand Cayman, St. Louis to Punta Cana and Austin to Cozumel, among others. Southwest will also resume service between these cities and domestic spring break destinations like Charleston, SC, Panama City, FL, and Destin, FL.

If you're already dreaming of your spring break escape, flights can be booked now at southwest.com.
