The top-ranking spot in Spas of America’s annual list of the Top 100 Spas in North America for 2023 beat out 82 places from the U.S., 14 from Canada and four from Mexico—pretty impressive for a facility that opened in April last year. The remarkable natural resource combines rainwater and snowmelt naturally collected underground before being brought back to the surface (it doesn't connect to any other water source in the Coachella Valley).
