Oprah Winfrey is here to save us from quarantine boredom—rejoice!

This past weekend, Winfrey kicked off a free wellness tour—yes, a virtual one—to "help all of us move forward through mind, body, and spirit," she wrote in an Instagram post announcing the news.

The series of events—dubbed Your "Life In Focus: A Vision Forward—"will happen live on Zoom for the next three Saturdays at 11am EST. You can sign up for each "tour date" right here—access is free!

Each "session" will focus on a theme (May 23 will be "Connect," May 30 will be "Adapt" and June 6 will be "Commit") and include interviews with Winfrey's "special friends," virtual workbook activities and more.

If the whole shindig sounds fairly familiar, that's because the premise of it is the same as Winfrey's nine-week Weight Watchers-associated tour that took place in early 2020 and was put on hold when coronavirus started spreading within the United States. Leave it up to Winfrey to make lemonade out of life's lemons.
