After announcing a pause in 2025 following more than a decade of events, Dîner en Blanc is officially making its comeback this summer. It confirms that Vancouver is THE place to eat right now, especially with the recent opening of Time Out Market Vancouver at the buzzing Oakridge Park complex.
Organizers of Dîner en Blanc are promising all the magic, mystery and spectacle that made it a local favourite in the first place.
What is Vancouver’s Dîner en Blanc?
Dîner en Blanc is a globally celebrated all-white dinner party that transforms a secret outdoor location into a sea of white-clad diners, complete with elaborate table settings, gourmet meals and champagne-fuelled glamour.
This year’s edition will be led by a new team of local organizers who describe themselves as passionate creatives with more than 60 years of combined marketing experience.
While the format remains familiar, the 2026 event introduces a fresh theme: Une Soirée Parisienne—La Belle Époque.
It celebrates the elegance, artistry and refinement of one of Paris’s most iconic eras.
The mystery remains part of the magic
Of course, some of the best things remain the same.
True to Dîner en Blanc tradition, the event location will remain a closely guarded secret until the evening itself.
Guests will gather at designated meeting points before being escorted together to the final destination, which is only revealed at the last moment.
That element of surprise has long been part of the appeal, transforming parks, plazas and unexpected urban spaces into one-night-only dining experiences.
How to get tickets
Registration will roll out in phases beginning in early June.
Past Vancouver attendees will receive first access, followed by guests invited by members. Remaining spots will then be offered to people registered on the Fan List.
Given the event’s popularity and limited capacity, joining the Fan List is likely your best bet if you’re hoping to secure a seat at the table.
