Start spreading the word: Vancouver is about to get even more delicious.
Time Out Market Vancouver – the city’s new go-to dining destination – has unveiled its full lineup, bringing together 20 kitchens under one roof led by established names and up-and-coming chefs, all set to kick off at Oakridge Park this May 28, 2026.
The final six vendors joining the roster will wow with Michelin-rated pastas, sherry-infused tapas and butter-flavoured soft serve (to name a few), alongside a curated selection of drinks.
Here’s who and what you can look forward to at Time Out Market Vancouver:
From the Michelin-recommended team behind Ask For Luigi comes a new, no-frills concept where pasta takes centre stage. Pasta e Basta keeps things simple, with a tight menu that celebrates the classics.
Bringing a taste of Spain to the market, España’s tapas-inspired menu is full of mouthwatering flavours and seasonally-led dishes – we're talking pintxos and a rotating paella.
Asian-French fusion spot PiDGiN brings its boundary-pushing menu to the Market, impressing diners with its unexpected flavour pairings that have already won over the Michelin Guide.
Inspired by the dumpling shops of Shanghai’s alleyways, Blnd Tger brings a playful take on the bite-sized parcels with a globe-trotting menu that celebrates the diversity of Chinese cuisine.
French-inspired patisserie Beaucoup Bakery Café is serving up a sweet and savoury menu that honours French techniques and Asian flavours, featuring a moreish Hong Kong-inspired kouign-amann and drool-worthy Peking duck toastie. That’s not all: Beaucoup is also launching a new dessert concept exclusive to Time Out Market Vancouver, Beaucoup Creamery, Dessert Bar, built around butter-flavoured soft serve with plenty of treats to dust and drizzle on top.
Find the Market’s greatest hits at Time Out Express, a central hub that goes above and beyond with a made-to-order zero-proof cocktail bar, a curated selection of other zero-proof sips including kombuchas and grab-and-go bites. Plus, Guest Services are on hand to help with questions and gift card purchases, if you’ve got a lucky someone in mind.
The six new vendors join the previously announced talent including Peacock from Vikram Vij, Via Tevere, Kishimoto, Santo Taco, Heritage Asian Eastery, Mello, Boba Run, Feenie’s by Chef Rob Feenie, Mee Bar from Chanthy Yen, Lunch Lady, MaKaam from Baan Lao, DownLow Chicken, and Barnacle by Bar Bravo.
Beyond the food, Time Out Market Vancouver will host a year-round lineup of events and activations, from live music and DJ sets to wine tastings, book signings, cooking demos, watch parties and family-friendly fun. The program launches alongside the Market’s opening so stay tuned.

What is Time Out Market?
Time Out Market is the world's first food and cultural market curated by local experts to bring the best of the city together under one roof. In 2014, a historic market building in Lisbon was turned into the first Time Out Market. Today, there are more than 10 Markets globally in cities including New York, Montreal, Boston, Dubai, Cape Town and Osaka, with more to come – the execution of each is distinctly local to give a true taste of the city it is in. The Vancouver location marks the second Time Out Market in Canada.
