Hush Brasserie Holborn

This informal Holborn restaurant is one of two Hush Brasseries in London - and the little sister to the well-known Hush flagship in Mayfair. The tagline is 'coffee to cocktails via lunch and dinner', which sounds just about spot on. Those lunches and dinners come by way of accessible brasserie fare of an international slant - think crispy squid with saffron aioli, mac and cheese gratin, pulled pork brioche buns, burgers, rib-eye steaks and lobster roils.
