Beauty & The Props: Block, Blankets, Bolsters…Oh My!

Time Out says
Have you ever disregarded a block or strap because of your perception of it being a weakness? Or have you ever had a student that could use some help, but weren’t sure how to get them deeper into a pose?
Beauty and the Props is the perfect workshop for students and teachers who want a better insight on prop usage as well as time to play with the props to find what works for their personal practice.
Props are a wonderful tool that allow for a student to have a personal best in yoga postures regardless of flexibility level, limitations or injuries. Several common yoga postures will be covered in this workshop. Each person’s body is different and from day to day it varies with limitations. This workshop will allow time for your personal adjustments and plenty of time to understand the mechanics of a pose, which is sometimes not covered in regular classes.
All are welcome to this workshop and ALL will benefit from this workshop, whether a long time yoga practitioner or a first time student.
