The dynamic duo, Chef Matt of Valenza and Chef Stephen of HAVEN, are back for the second annual Big Green Egg Cooking Class! Join both chefs on June 13 for an interactive cooking class hosted on the patio at Valenza. Bruce Bohannon, Big Green Egg Expert, will provide tips on using the Big Green Egg as well as suggestions on cleaning and upkeep. Our chefs will then lead the class in preparing the ultimate smoky menu that will demonstrate how smoking takes flavor to the next level. Just a week before Father’s Day, the class is just in time to give dad and afternoon of learning how to use his Big Green Egg at home. Tickets are $50 per person and include lunch. The class will be held from 12:00-3:00 p.m., seats are limited so make your reservation today.
