Restaurant Eugene kicks off our new series, Whiskey Wednesdays, on July 29, when we presents a unique, deconstructed tasting and explanation of America's newest Blended Scotch Whisky, Syndicate 58/6. Brand founder, Mahesh Patel, one of the leading whisky experts and owner of one of the world’s largest private whisky collections, will lead a tasting of five of the blend of 18 single malt scotches and 4 grain whiskies that make up Syndicate 58/6. Executive Chef, Brian Jones, will specially prepare small bites to complement each scotch, mirroring the format of the deconstructed tasting and culminating in one dish that accentuates the final blended whisky.
