The Training Room ATL says
Join us for the third annual FIGHT FOR PRIDE competition at The Training Room. The event is geared for all fitness levels with both a Novice and an Advanced track for teams of two. This year we will be adding four individual challenges that anyone can compete in with a chance to win prizes from our sponsors. Proceeds from the event will benefit Jerusalem House, which provides housing and services for homeless and low income individuals, families, and children affected by HIV/AIDS.

The main part of the competition will be 10am-Noon, followed by a finals round for top teams and a party for everyone!

Teams of two will battle each other in two challenging preliminary workouts that will put their combined fitness to the test. There will be two divisions - a Novice division "Fresh Out of the Closet " and an Advanced division "Marching in the Parade". The top teams for each division will advance to the final that begins at noon. The cost for each team is $50.

For the first time, there will also be 4 individual challenges open to competitors and spectators alike nicknamed, "That One Time in College". Anyone can compete in the challenges for $5 a try and chance to win prizes from our sponsors.

The Training Room has DOUBLED in space since last year. So expect an event that spans both levels and of course our parking lot right on the BeltLine. We also have a ton of new equipment so expect the unexpected.

Prizes will be amazing as always. Last years event included prizes from Nike, Lululemon, Whole Foods, Flywheel and many more.
