Infrastructure Bond Voting Day!

Please get out and vote on Tuesday, March 17th, and please vote "YES" for the infrastructure bond referendums! Westview neighbors have worked for over six years to create a neighborhood master plan in order to get projects on the infrastructure bond list. Now is the time to support these projects at the polls! (Even if you don't live in our neighborhood please consider voting to help us and the city improve our infrastructure.) Proposed projects in Westview include: - Cascade Ave - complete street project, with resurfacing, sidewalks, curbs, bicycle lanes, and pedestrian refuge islands. - Ralph David Abernathy Blvd - complete street project, with sidewalks, curbs, bicycle lanes, and decorative lighting. Resurfacing being completed by GDOT. - Beecher St - resurfacing. - Alvarado Terrace - resurfacing. - Derry Ave - resurfacing. - Emerald Ave - resurfacing. - Westwood Ave - resurfacing. - Stokes Ave - resurfacing. - South Gordon St - decorative street lighting, sidewalks and resurfacing - Rogers Ave - decorative street lighting.
