Inky Mixtape is a collaboration between Atlanta artists Kyle Brooks (of BlackCatTips - The Art of Kyle Brooks lore), Brett Miotti (of Pretty Likable Press), Kevin Abeyta (The Factory Press) and David Broughton (Baron Press).
With the help of man-about-town Jason Dominy, the four set out to participate in a collaborative experiment utilizing the painting and screen printing mediums. The result is a body of work consisting of over 40 prints, each unique in one way or another. For the better part of 2015, each artist worked in a round-robin fashion to bring his perspective, style and heart to each printed piece.
Edgar Allan has graciously offered their space at the The Goat Farm Arts Center to host a showing of this work. A percentage of sales will go to The Giving Kitchen. There will be libations courtesy of SweetWater Brewing Company, live music, and other goodies in store for the first 50 guests to arrive.
