this is how it all got started!
nearly three years ago; jeremy, misty and jennifer were introduced at, and to, a gong bath meditation. jeremy promptly financed a gong. jennifer bought some crystal singing bowls. misty, tibetan.
...with dreams of starting a band.

each wednesday in february, our midweek meditation at Self Discovery Center will feature a splendid sonic spa that will transform you at a cellular level, removing blockages and instilling peace.
as always, come early for FREE yoga from 6-7pm. meditation will start at 7:30.
