I thought it would be a good idea to take a step back (no pun intended) to address running technique. This FREE (cough...Josh) clinic is intended to go over the running form, stride mechanics, pacing strategy, and terrain management. It's definitely more than just putting one foot in front of the other (cough again....Josh). This is extremely beginner friendly and a good time to revisit technique for you experienced runners. I will also be doing optional individual gait analysis for those that want it. So please come and join! Wear some layers since there is going to be a lot of stop and go. We'll be doing this in one area (the Active Oval in Piedmont Park) so you won't really have to worry about holding on to jackets and so on if you get too hot.
