The taittiriya Upanishad describes the five increasingly subtle dimensions of human existence - the physical body, energetic body, intellect, character, and bliss bodies. The five koshas (sheaths) reveal a startling, profound, and yet easily grasped perspective on the reality of our lives. These intertwining dimensions provide a model and a context for practice as we journey inward toward the progressively more subtle - in other words, toward transformation and enlightenment. Classes will include a combination of lecture, asana, pranayama, and meditation. This will be an unparalleled experience and quite possibly the premier event of 2015. Sign up for individual sessions for $40 before February 7th, or $50 after. Sign up for the whole weekend for $205 before February 7th, or $245 after. Space will be extremely limited due to the intimate nature of this series, and will include teachers, teacher trainees, and students from all over Atlanta, so please reserve early.
