Sauce Making & Beer Tasting At D.B.A. Barbecue

Get SAUCY at DBA BARBECUE’s Beer Tasting & Sauce Making Session Featuring a flight of southern craft beers from Sweetwater Brewery, barbecue sampling and tour of the smoker! D.B.A. Barbecue is excited to introduce a saucy, new experience on the last Wednesday of each month. Join owner and pit master, Matt Coggin, on D.B.A.’s patio to learn the secrets behind creating the perfect barbecue sauce. CLASS IN SESSION: -Flight of southern beers from Sweetwater Brewery -Expert hands-on instruction on how to make your perfect sauce -Sampling: ribs, pork, wings, brisket, grilled Texas cream corn & banana pudding -Tour of D.B.A. Barbecue’s smoker BONUS: To top it off, each guest will leave with a bottle of D.B.A.'s sweet sauce and $10 gift certificate to be used at a later date. DETAILS: Classes start at 7 pm on the last Wednesday of each month. Space is limited and tickets must be purchased in advance. The class includes a flight of beer, so adults 21+ only please.
