Ah yes…. the holidays are officially upon us and Chef Shane has whipped up a delicious four-course Thanksgiving to-go menu for parties of four, eight and 12 starting at $134.

Taking orders now through Monday November 23, 2015 at 12 p.m., the easy-to-prepare Thanksgiving meals will be available for pick-up at Ocean Market on Wednesday, November 25, 2015 before 3 p.m. Orders can be placed in-person at Ocean Market or by calling 404-665-1495.

Chef Shane’s Four-Course Thanksgiving Dinner Menu:

1st Course
Pumpkin Coconut Soup Garnished with Crème Fraiche and Toasted Seeds

2nd Course
Mixed Greens and Fresh Herbs Salad with Candied Pecans, Dried Apricots and Danish Bleu Cheese – Balsamic/Tarragon Vinaigrette

3rd Course
Oven Roasted – Boneless Turkey Breast with Spiced Mango Coulis and an Orange Cranberry Sauce

Choice of 2 Sides
Smashed Sweet Potatoes Spiked with Grand Mariner, Brown Sugar and Cinnamon
Classic Mashed Potatoes with Browned Turkey Gravy
Seared Haricots Verts with Fresh Garlic, Roasted Red Bell Peppers and Crispy Tobacco Onion Rings
Steamed Broccoli Florets with Lemon pepper Butter and Candied Citrus
Homemade Mac & Cheese with Sharp Cheddar and Smoked Gouda

4th Course
Choice of a Classic 12” Pie
Apple Crumb, Peach Crumb, Blueberry or Pumpkin

Pricing for complete holiday meals for parties of four is $134, parties of eight - $250, and parties of 12 - $375. Orders for all Thanksgiving to-go dinners must be placed by Monday November 23, 2015 at 12 p.m. in person or by calling 404.665.1495. Unless a special time is requested, all to-go dinners will be ready for pick-up Wednesday, November 25, 2015 before 3 p.m. at Ocean Market at 489 Peachtree Street NE, Atlanta, Georgia, 30308.
