Then join us for "Triathlon 101", a fun, interactive demonstration that will take you through the steps of selecting and completing a race. Even if you don't consider yourself an athlete, are a non-swimmer, or have never done any sort of event, you can train to complete a triathlon! Topics covered include: What is a triathlon?
