Make your own Sauerkraut. (Participants will take home a jar in 10 days)

Learn the best practices for safe fermented food preparation.

Find out how fermented foods affect cholesterol, allergies, bowel health and other health issues and hear how you can replenish your bowel flora post antibiotics without expensive supplements.

"Yoga for Immunity"
January 16th, 4:00-6:30pm

The benefits of yoga go beyond physical strength and mental relaxation. It can also help boost your immune system.

Our lymphatic system is the first line of defense in the body against disease and foreign invaders.

In this workshop, we'll discuss the lymphatic system; it's source, functions, components and attributes and how yoga can support it.

Followed by a practice that focuses on yin meridians, gentle movement to stimulate and support lymph flow, longer held restorative postures with support and inversions to allow for lymph drainage and recycling.

No experience is required.
