Yelo House

Four artistic individuals—Hans-Werner Muller, Suwanee Suwansaengroj, Oh Singhasuvich and Sulyawate Prasertwitayakarn—have teamed up to refashion an old abandoned warehouse in Soi Kasensan 1 into Yelo House, the city’s newest creative space. Sulyawate, who is an architect by profession, was responsible for turning this 480-square-meter structure into a three-story, loft-style, mixed-use space. The first and second floors are designed to work as an art gallery, while the third floor serves as a working space, with 15 offices, two meeting rooms and an event area for workshops, talks and seminars. Under the same roof, Yelo House also runs its own restaurant called Hungry Me, which offers Western-Thai fusion dishes, and a cafe named Thirsty You, which serves drinks and light bites.
