Every Saturday and Sunday from 11am-4pm, guests can customize their way to boozy brunch glory, mixing and matching from this killer menu of options:
Just belly up the bar, let the friendly bartender know your preferences, and watch the magic come to life right before your eyes. Choose your base — perhaps locally-made Bully Boy vodka, or for extra oomph the house-made, bacon-infused vodka — and then select from a tasty assortment of Market-curated garnishes. Maybe you want to satiate your sweet tooth with donut holes from Union Square Donuts, or you can pack in the umami with baked pepperoni from Michael Schlow's, hickory smoked bacon from Nu Burger, or sojuk-stuffed shrimp from Anoush'ella. Make sure your glass is rimmed with a chef's kiss, so to speak, in the form of 'Everything But the Bagel' seasoning or signature Bloody salt. Give your drink a final extra kick by asking for some horseradish or Thai chili pepper.
