Brato will be serving up its Sunday best this weekend, when the Brighton brewhouse hosts its latest supper club—and this time, it’s celebrating everything December. The early winter-themed evening will start off strong with some welcome beers, before everyone sits down to a five-course meal showcasing the best of the season commences. There will be an option for both an omnivore (think dishes like an Asian-inspired duck a l'orange with cara cara glaze, anise and fried forbidden rice) as well as a vegetarian (i.e. sesame seared oyster mushrooms) feast. No matter which meal you choose, there will be beer pairings to accompany each course—and spruce tip panna cotta with pomegranate and a sugar cookie crumble for dessert.
