1. Núñez — Oír Ese Río Naciente Red Wine

Oír Ese Río Naciente is a Cabernet Franc–Malbec blend from Alto Agrelo, part of Marcial Sanchez Elía’s project, with Germán Masera leading the winemaking. One portion is co-fermented destemmed, while the other is fermented separately with whole clusters of both varieties. They are then blended and aged in concrete eggs for nine months. The result is one of the wines setting the tone at Vereda Adentro, the Núñez wine bar — soon relocating to Coghlan — where the concept revolves around a carefully curated selection of labels designed for relaxed drinking outdoors with friends.

At the bar, guests can try wines by the glass in 110 ml pours, almost like choosing flavors at an ice cream shop. To pair with the wines, the kitchen serves seasonal dishes that complement effortlessly: empanadas, chipa guazú, oyster mushroom shawarma, and vegan and gluten-free options.

Good to know: it’s pet friendly, so the plan includes a glass in hand and your dog by your side.

Creative, fresh and full of character, it’s ideal for post–home office drinks with friends and for stretching the night while exploring the extensive and varied cocktail menu, where classics meet signature creations.

The space is dark, elegant and slightly mystical, captivating from the moment you step inside. Dim lights, chandeliers, candles, flowers and artwork create an intimate, sophisticated atmosphere. A curated selection of wines and beers rounds out the experience.
