The brand was born in 2022 from Alejandro Roig’s obsession — the burger YouTuber behind @burgrkid — with creating balanced burgers: the right proportions of bun, meat, and toppings, flavorful but never too heavy, and made fresh daily. In a world full of over-the-top, cheese-loaded burgers, The Park prioritizes balance over excess: quality beef, fresh vegetables, and a soft custom-made bun developed exclusively for the brand. It comes with American cheese, tomato, lettuce, and onion. Kiddo’s signature sauce — their own take on Golden BBQ sauce — ties all the flavors together without overpowering them.
