The Evolution Cascais-Estoril hotel will host the second edition of Evolution Bar Fest – Shake the Rules. The event is a festival of bars, lifestyle and sensory experiences, celebrating contemporary mixology, creative food and music. Taking place across the hotel’s spaces, the festival brings together Portuguese and international bartenders for tastings, demonstrations, masterclasses and talks on the latest trends and techniques in the industry. The food offering will include a street-food area coordinated by the hotel’s chef, designed to pair with the cocktails. The line-up also features a surprise Bar Flair show – an acrobatic bar performance – and culminates after 8pm with a Deep House sunset and DJ set at the Upper Deck.
