There’s no better way to sum up this concept than with freedom – here, every customer is the chef of their own bowl. Open daily in Carcavelos, this modern, colourful spot serves açaí, ice cream, smoothies, pão de queijo and coxinhas. Everything is fully customisable, with over 35 toppings, seasonal fruits and hot or cold options that let you mix flavours like never before.

The ingredients come straight from Brazil – 100% natural, vegan, and free from preservatives. Coconut water and açaí stand out for their freshness and fruit intensity, ensuring that every bowl is not only visually appealing but also irresistibly tasty.

BoraBowl was born from the dream of five partners who wanted to bring the soul of Brazil to Portugal through authentic flavours and a space for sharing. Frederico Valporto, one of the founders, emphasises that the aim is to create a customer-focused experience: “People arrive and instantly feel at ease, excited to have everything at their fingertips and to serve their own bowl – no rules, no limits”.

The concept is simple: “Your Bowl, Your Rules.” It’s an invitation to experiment, mix, and create – whether alone, with friends, or with family. Brunch, a snack, or dessert has never been this much fun.
