Evolution Cascais-Estoril is rolling out a brand-new Sunday brunch that brings together grilled meats, barbecue vibes and live music. The experience, called EVO Brunch, takes place at The Kitchen restaurant, which will now feature live showcooking right in front of guests, all soundtracked by a DJ set.

According to the organisers, the idea is to turn brunch into something truly “unique”, blending the spirit of a churrascaria with the flair of showcooking and the hotel’s contemporary atmosphere. While it follows a buffet format, EVO Brunch adds interactive pasta stations and freshly carved meats, so everyone can tailor their plate just how they like it. To wash it all down, there are cocktails, fresh juices and infused waters.

And the programme doesn’t have to end at the table. Guests can stretch out the experience at the hotel spa, with two packages available: access to the thermal area (€60 per adult) or the thermal area plus a 45-minute massage (€160) – both of which already include brunch.

EVO Brunch runs every Sunday from 12.30pm to 3.30pm and costs €45 per adult, with drinks included.

Evolution Cascais-Estoril Hotel (Cascais). Every Sunday, 12.30–15.30. €45
